Time-based license link doesn't work

I bought a time-based license today and received two emails, one is the receipt, and one is the license fulfillment email from sendowl. 

I followed the instructions in Sendowl email to install the latest version of SB Pro PE and then clicked that license link, however, the CodeMeter website shows the message saying "No Licenses for this ticket found. Please check your ticket and try again."

And there is "......contact merchant for license" text in the link address, is it normal? and who is the merchant should I contact.

I am using physical PC and browsers are good too.

That would be me (=Sales@eSim); unfortunately I'm about to board a plane and won't be able to help you as quickly as you deserve. So, please contact Shipping (@eSimGames.com). If nothing else, they should be able to generate a new ticket if the one you got is, indeed, faulty (hasn't happened yet, but who knows).
