Toyguy
Looks like concrete is rendering incorrectly in the 4.159 map editor. Maybe this is where all the water went? 🤣
Members Ssnake
It can happen that if a theme contains a texture that is no longer there, it gets replaced with black; prior to 4.159 the texture atlas might actually shift all texture positions by "one" (so that all subsequent textures would be off); I recommend to check the THM file for that scenario first and to fix possible missing textures. But if this isn't really the problem, maybe you have discovered something else. Difficult to say from a single screenshot.
Toyguy
This is in the map editor, with a patch of freshly placed concrete.  All other map editor textures seem fine so far also.  It’s also clearly a textured blue, not black.  It is an imported map that I was working on in v4.0 though.  I’ll check it out further. Rotareneg
As a quick check, load one of the new default themes, like _eSim_Woodland_(summer) . The old theme is probably using the strange dark blue metarmac texture for concrete.
Toyguy
Yep, you guys were right on - definitely a theme issue. Thanks for the tips!
Moderators Volcano Posted August 13, 2019 Moderators Share Posted August 13, 2019 Yes, the theme has "tarmac" which was intended to be used for airfields. Just open it up on a non-published map and you can adjust the appearance as desired.
