Ok, so here is a little help for people during this difficult time, a bit of therapy so to speak…first, breathing exercises, slow and deep. Next, try stepping away from your computer/laptop for a little while a short distance, we can increase those timings and distance later… don’t drink coffee, or Mountain dew or do cocaine over the nest 48hrs. talk to real people if you feel you need help, stroke the dog or cat for at least 10min, even feed the goldfish if needs be….
