General
By default, the Shilka will be in air target search mode, with its radar dish rotating with 20°/sec (3.3 turns per minute). Once an air target is acquired, the dish will track the target (while the guns may lead it).
If the Shilka is attacking a ground target, the radar dish will face straight ahead, with the armored cans protecting the sights elevated.
