TGIF, or Thank (Tank) God It's Friday is a weekly event hosted from the Steel Beasts TeamSpeak server. The event uses user submitted scenarios and lasts for a few hours every Friday. It starts at around 10 PM Eastern Standard Time and generally anyone can join.
If you are new to multiplayer and you want to join, just log in at least half an hour before the match starts in order to deal with any issues related to routers and the like.
If you are into making multi-player scenarios, you should submit them through SB.com. There are no rules for submission besides the scenario having to be original. The general format is for the scenario to be a head to head mission followed by a cooperative mission. It is designed for team based play.
History
TGIF was created by the well known Nikatori as a way to bring the community together. It started on September 12 2003. After Nikatori went his way, ShermansWar carried the torch. It is currently organized by Sean.
